Sick children with a high fever or that are contagious may not attend childcare to protect other children and staff.

Refunds & Cancellations Policy

At Kidnado, we are committed to providing high-quality resources for parents and families. Because our products are delivered digitally and available for instant download, we have specific guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.
1. Digital Products (eBooks, Workbooks, Printables)
All digital product sales (including the Confident Kids Bundle) are final.
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once your purchase is completed.
By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to a refund after accessing the download link.
2. Technical Issues

3. Duplicate Purchases
